Low- and medium-voltage network construction

From transformers to street lighting.

We design electricity distribution networks and grid connections, for both utility and private networks (1, 10 and 20 kV).

Our services

Power, public lighting and traffic engineering networks.

Our core activity is building electrical utility networks, from transformer substations and cable and overhead lines to public lighting and traffic engineering.

  • Transformer substations

Installation and periodic maintenance of 10/0.4 and 20/0.4 kV transformer substations.

  • Public lighting networks

    Construction of public lighting networks.

  • Cable & overhead line networks

Building, replacing and dismantling 1, 10 and 20 kV cable and overhead line networks.

  • Traffic engineering networks

Construction of traffic signals and their underground ducts.

Why KOVILL

  • Since 2003

More than 20 years of industry experience.

  • Grid infrastructure

From distribution networks and underground cabling to grid connections.

  • End-to-end delivery

Design and installation from a single partner.

  • Safety & reliability

Engineering solutions built around operational reliability.

Who it’s for

Network construction for utility, business and public-sector clients.

Our services are aimed at clients whose investments need an electricity network to be built, extended, or connected.

  • Electricity suppliers and licensed network operators
  • Investors in industrial and commercial property
  • General contractors
  • Property developers
  • Municipalities and other public institutions

In practice

When a new industrial facility needs a grid connection, or an area needs a new electricity supply, we take part in the related network construction and installation work.

Not residential electrical work

Our work is at utility and network scale, which is different from residential electrical work such as rewiring a flat or replacing sockets.

Our process

From planning to operation.

A structured approach from the first site assessment to long-term operational support.

  1. Step 1: Consultation & site assessment

Understand the project requirements, operational constraints, and site conditions.

  2. Step 2: Design & engineering

Develop the technical solution, engineering documentation, and implementation plan.

  3. Step 3: Installation & commissioning

Coordinate installation and verify that the completed system meets the agreed requirements.

  4. Step 4: Handover & support

Hand over the completed network with its documentation and support its operation with technical assistance.
